Birth Certificates & Paperwork

If you have not turned in or uploaded Birth Certificate you can turn these in Saturday at field work day.
**These are MANDATORY TO PLAY**
other forms of ID will not work. If your kid is enrolled at school they have a copy you can get by request. You can file for lost replacement online. Replacement only takes a few business days to receive in mail.
If you have not turned in or signed medical release form, media release form, or parent agreement we will have copies Saturday for you to complete and turn in. If you have not paid registration fee that can be done as well.

6u Rosters

Tomorrow evening rosters for all 6u teams will be updated. Due to steady flow of sign ups we are lowering number of players per team and formed a 4th team in 6u baseball.
Please recheck the team you are assigned to.

Coaches Meeting

If you’ve asked to coach (assistant or head) coach please be at fields at 9am Saturday March 4th. Meet by concession building. We will conduct meeting then start field work.
Please bring $19 for back ground check. **All coaches get back ground checks!**
You will receive roster for team. We will briefly discuss practice schedules. We will sign coaches agreements and go over expectations and goals.
Coaching clinics will be at later date for those WHO REQUEST help with structuring practice, making line-up, and division specific rules/strategies.

**Work Day March 4th, 10am**

Field(s) work day will be March 4th Starting @ 10am. Please dress for that day’s weather forecast. We will be spreading dirt, sand, gravel, digging post holes, painting pipes, cleaning concession, cleaning restrooms, picking up trash, replacing fences, building fences, stretching chain link. If you own tractors, skid steers, welders, dump trucks, dump trailers, augers, or compactors send Ostin Broadhead a text message (918)497-8962 to let him know if it will be available for work day. If you have rakes, shovels, small hand tools, cleaning supplies, or trash bags please bring them with you.
Parents if your job or people you know are interested in donating, buying sponsorship ad’s or have material for complex improvements please have them reach out to Ostin. Thank you all for your interest in supporting our youth and look forward to their first lesson this season, March 4th @ 10am.

Teams

We have a team formed in all divisions for softball and baseball except 12u boys. We will get these rosters uploaded to website by Monday. We are very excited for the season! We appreciate all the participation so far!!

Last Day of $25 Sign-Up

Don’t forget tomorrow Friday February 24th is the LAST day of registration at $25!!
There will be an additional $20 late fee added on sign-ups starting Saturday.
No sign-ups will be taken after March 10th. Please share this information with anyone who has inquired about league.
If you know of anyone who is not signing up due to financial hardships have them reach out to me personally and we will get them taken care of through private sponsorships.
If you have equipment for baseball or softball that ball player has outgrown or does not use anymore please let me know. We would like to get these items rounds up and available to anyone who needs them. Also, whatever doesn’t get reused we will take and donate. Great way to help out others and clean out unwanted items. **List is for examples everything may not be listed.

Coaches

If interested in coaching please contact Ostin Broadhead via txt message 918-497-8962. Background checks are mandatory. This cost is $19. Signing coaches agreements is required. We will have coaches meeting March 4th, also mandatory. At this meeting we will go over expectations, league rules, answer questions, field layout, practice schedules, uniforms, equipment, and vote if interested in coaches clinic. Coaches clinic will be to help new coaches and experienced coaches alike. Drill specific ideas, practice structure(varies by division), game management strategies for older divisions. If voted for this can help keep practices moving smoothly getting great work and limited down time for players where we lose their attention. Look forward to hearing from you.
