We have schedules for games. Coaches will add them to group apps for each division. We will upload them to website hopefully by tomorrow night. Please do not ask your coaches for paper copies. Direct you family and friends to website. Coaches spend time coaching and getting practices going, they will not have copy machines or loose copies with them.
Volunteer sheets will go this week. We will have passes for Kiefer home games able to purchase by end of week. These will be used for home games only. Away games will be $4 Adult and $3 students. (Student means they are school aged kids) please get cash and store it in your car so you don’t get turned away at the away games. They will not let you in.
Coaches will get your passes from your head coach. If you lose them you will have to pay to get in as well.
This week we will put out time for another day for field work. A lot of painting needs to be done.

Anyone with welding abilities and/or welder we would like to request your help this Saturday on ball fields. Once we get this welding completed we can have everyone out to help paint. If you have any outstanding paperwork, media release forms, medical release forms parent or coaches agreements, or most importantly Birth Certificates please get them to your coaches this week. The league needs these for our files. We have to have Birth certificates to register rosters for teams to play.
If you have not paid please pay online if possible on our website. There are two options under registration fees tab. One is for people who registered before February 24th, $25. The other is for people who registered after February 24th, $45. We will go through make sure it is complete. If you select wrong we will have to contact you again for additional payment. If you reached out about scholarships, league will handle this, so if Audra or Katherine reach out please remind them nicely.

Thank you all that came and were a part of work day! Can’t begin to express the joy it brings when parents and grandparents work hard for their kids! If you missed out today we will have a couple more.
Parent/team meetings will be on March 20th at 6pm. I know this is the Monday back from spring break. We need 100% involvement at these meetings. You will meet coaches and team mates. I ask that we vote team name and team colors this evening. That way we can start working on uniforms and name rosters on the website.
There was confusion today on where fields were and where to meet. We will play and meet at Kiefer City Park. If you need directions to this location please let me know before the day of.

If you have not turned in or signed medical release form, media release form, or parent agreement we will have copies Saturday for you to complete and turn in. If you have not paid registration fee that can be done as well.

Tomorrow evening rosters for all 6u teams will be updated. Due to steady flow of sign ups we are lowering number of players per team and formed a 4th team in 6u baseball.
Please recheck the team you are assigned to.

If you’ve asked to coach (assistant or head) coach please be at fields at 9am Saturday March 4th. Meet by concession building. We will conduct meeting then start field work.
Please bring $19 for back ground check. **All coaches get back ground checks!**
You will receive roster for team. We will briefly discuss practice schedules. We will sign coaches agreements and go over expectations and goals.
Coaching clinics will be at later date for those WHO REQUEST help with structuring practice, making line-up, and division specific rules/strategies.
